NURAISON works with independent supplier and fulfillment partners so we can offer a broader selection without holding every item in our own warehouse.
Shipping
Products in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, address issues, inventory changes, weather, or supplier processing time.
When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order because address changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
Returns
For a return request, contact nuraisoninfo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. If a product-specific return window or restriction is shown on the product page or order confirmation, that product-specific term applies.
Change-of-mind returns generally need to be unused, in the condition received, and in original packaging. Do not send a return to the address on the shipping label unless NURAISON provides return instructions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. We will work with the fulfillment partner on the appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or claim is accepted. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an order or fulfillment error.
